Undi’s work is grounded in equity, access, and intentional investment in communities, using strategy and resources to help organizations and the people they serve move from vision to momentum.

​

She is a business consultant and dedicated advocate for social justice and empowerment for Black youth and LGBTQ+ communities, with over 20 years of experience in marketing, business consulting, and capacity building.

Philanthropy and Community Impact
• Founder of a Black Business Development Group - Founded in 2018, providing free and subsidized digital marketing support, grants, and development support to youth serving nonprofit organizations

Board, Advisory, and Community Leadership - Currently serves and supports youth and community centered organizations including:

• Alpha Outreach Foundation, Board Member -  providing annual scholarships

• Forever Braiders, Board Member - a nonprofit braiding school focused on workforce and economic empowerment

• Accelkids Teaching and Learning Tools - Board Member -  supporting youth educational development

• Code E Locs - Board Member - supporting teaching youth coding and artificial intelligence skills

• National Action Network Las Vegas Chapter,  Youth Advisor -  supporting civil rights through  advocacy, social justice, and community action

• Honorary Founder of Alpha Lambda Zeta Fraternity, Inc. - Founded in 2006, a national professional service fraternity for masculine identifying lesbians, creator of the Distinguished Leadership Certification (DLC) Program.

• Social Influence Foundation - Host of House of Vegas Pride - Board Member - supporting visibility, inclusion, community and black culture with the Las Vegas LGBTQ+ community

Principal Consultant, Applied Energy and Environmental Solutions, LLC (AEES, LLC) - Founded in 2014, provides audit and assurance services, regulatory compliance support, and staff training to regulated companies globally, with deep expertise in the energy sector.
